Project Overview

True installed various flooring types across multiple functional spaces, from a gym and golf simulator room to office and hallway areas.

The client sought an economical alternative to more expensive finishes without compromising on quality.

The Challenge

Balancing budget with affordable, timeless solutions.

Request for Service

The project originally considered Bomanite flooring, but the cost led to a shift towards micro topping as a more affordable solution. Additionally, various spaces required different flooring types, such as LVT, rolled rubber mat flooring, and waterproof tile installations in high-traffic areas.

Reliable Solutions

Micro topping was installed in the entryway, golf simulator room, and back hallways, providing an attractive and cost-effective alternative to Bomanite. New carpet was laid in the offices, and LVT was installed in the break room. Rubber base was applied throughout, and rolled rubber mat flooring was used in the gym. The project also included a tile backsplash in the golf simulator room, along with waterproofing and tiling for three bathrooms. Lastly, the team ground adhesive off the concrete for carpet preparation, ensuring a smooth, long-lasting finish.
