Epoxy Flooring Denver
We’ve been providing our clients with epoxy flooring for over 15 years over Colorado and are known as “True” Pros in the industry.
True Guaranteed Quality
Quality is in all the details. A “True” quality jobs starts with proper inspection and analysis of the existing concrete to determine the best concrete coating system. Working with concrete can be tricky and we need to determine if there are any moisture issues in the concrete, whether or not a vapor barrier was installed, the condition and quality of the concrete, the hardness of the concrete, among other things. If the concrete checks out we can install one of our top epoxy floor coating systems based on how the floor will be used. If issues are present, then we can help you find the right solution to mitigate the problem such as a moisture vapor emission reduction system (MVERS).
For Epoxy, surface preparation is also critical to the performance of the floor and we always prep our floors with the right tools. All epoxy floors get diamond ground and/or shot blasted depending on application. Another cause of epoxy failure or de-lamination is the fine concrete dust that gets left of the surface after grinding. We make sure all dust is removed and the floor is super clean prior to application of the epoxy resin.
Knowing the things to watch out for and doing the job right are the keys to installing epoxy correctly. All of our jobs are backed by the TRUE GUARANTEE.
We are capable of big and small jobs
We work on some “Truly” large commercial jobs as well and “Truly” fine residential jobs. We have 10 dedicated crews and plenty of buying power so we can handle jobs from 1,000 sq ft to 100,000 sq ft. Concrete grinding can be a messy business so always choose a company that has invested in the right preparation tools and dust capturing equipment. True Finishing has one of the largest fleets of floor grinders, shot blasters, hand grinders, pumps, mixing equipment, scrappers and other concrete preparation tools in Denver.
